We will review your request and respond as soon as possible. Custom and Personalized Products Custom and personalized products, including custom drawings and custom stickers created to the customer's specifications, are not eligible for cancellation, return, or withdrawal once production has begun. Non-Custom Products Customers in the European Union may have the right to withdraw from purchases of non-custom products within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable laws and conditions.
